My humble recommendation to the readers of this blog is, however, no matter what your preferred gun is, find a club and start competing if you have not done it already. After over 25 years of enjoying shooting I was a bit skeptical a year and a half ago when I joined the Laguna Seca Sport Shooting Association. I thought that I know enough about guns and shooting already. I couldn’t be more wrong. My club activities (relatively moderate) and two visits to the Front Sight training improved my average match performance by about 300% - at the age of 62.
